For the past several years we have been part of a global organization that produces and distributes Relationship Awareness® assessments worldwide. We are the sole distributor for these products in Canada.

Our flagship tool, the SDI®, is the primary instrument in a suite of eight assessments that are based on a valid and reliable learning model that enables individuals, at all organizational levels, to understand the motives behind their behaviour. This learning has become a proven method for developing leaders, building team effectiveness and reducing the costs of conflict.
